Returns & Refund Policy
At Chiseled & Kempt, we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with our products. If for any reason you need to return unused, unopened merchandise in its original packaging and new condition, we are happy to offer a full product refund (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days of receipt. However, you must contact us prior to initiating a return for proper authorization and instructions.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns for opened or used merchandise. This includes items with removed safety seals, activated pumps, or items not in their original packaging. Any use of a product or removal from its original packaging renders it ineligible for return due to health and safety considerations.
- To help you explore new scents confidently, we offer samples of all fragrances in convenient aftershave cologne vials. We strongly encourage purchasing samples if you’re unsure about a new scent, as fragrance preferences are highly personal and subjective. Samples can be found under the SAMPLES menu on our homepage.
Samples
Scent descriptions are intended to guide you, but nothing compares to experiencing a scent firsthand. Samples are a great way to avoid disappointment. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for any item that has been opened, including items opened to "test." We appreciate your understanding.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Used shaving soaps or creams
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items, including shaving brush brushes with a customer chosen knot selection)
- Sale items or gift cards

Unauthorized or Late Returns
- Unauthorized returns or items sent without prior communication will be refused. Please ensure you inspect all items upon receipt.
- If an item remains unopened for over 30 days, we will be unable to process a return or refund.
- If you purchase multiple items to stock up, we kindly ask that you verify everything upon arrival to ensure it meets your expectations.
- We cannot be responsible for items after 30 days, as we cannot guarantee proper storage conditions. Please check your products promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item (following our return policy) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Orders with Free Shipping
If returning items lowers your order total below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
